You have 4 options to sell at militaria321:
- Sell item at online Auction
- Sell item at online Auction and at a Fixed Price
- Sell at a Fixed Price
- Dutch auction
1.) Sell item at online Auction (Classic Auction)
The "normal" classic auction type. Your item will be sold with the highest bid.
2.) Sell item at online Auction and at a fixed Price (Classic auction and "buy now" option)
Please insert in the field "Gottogetitnow price" the price, that you are willing to sell your item. Normally that should be higher than your starting price.
For example start price would be 1¬, "BuyNow" would be 9¬.
If a buyer clicks now on "BuyNow" button, he immediatley can buy this item for that price (9¬).
If a potential buyer bids on that auction, the "BuyNow" option is not available anymore and the auction becomes a classic auction.
3.) BuyNow / Shop item
You list the item as a shop item. The item can only be bought by that fixed price.
4.) Dutch Auction / Falling Auction
At classic auctions the prices go up, at dutch auctions they are falling down till a user catches that price.
The seller inserts a (high) starting price and a minimum price (the last minimum price he would be a ble to sell), also the seller enters the duration of the auction.
Our system calculates the time period, that the item price falls with 1 cent.
Example:
- Starting Price: 500 ¬
- Minimum Price: 200 ¬
- Difference: 300 Euro -> this is 30.000 Cent
- Auction duration: 5 days -> this is 432.000 seconds
- time period: duration / Difference -> every 14,4 seconds the price falls with 1 cent!
The longer a potential buyer waits, the cheaper the item gets. But on the other hand, the risk of losing it before to another buyer is also higher.
